Privacy Policy

What this website collects, what your mobile operator handles instead, how long anything is kept and what you can ask us to do about it.

Who is responsible

This website, 123gameslux.com, is operated by Globway International B.V., Spoorhaven 44-46, 2651 AV Berkel en Rodenrijs, Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 66882915. We decide what happens with the personal data described here, which makes us the controller for it.

For anything to do with your data, write to contact@123gameslux.com or call +352 27 86 06 22.

What this website collects

This site has no accounts, no login and no order form. There is nothing here to fill in, so there is very little to collect.

  • Server logs. Your IP address, the page you asked for, the time, and which browser and operating system you are on. Every web server records this; it is how a page reaches you and how we notice when something breaks.
  • Your cookie choice. Whether you accepted or refused the optional categories, so we do not ask again on every page.
  • Your language choice. Kept in your own browser under the key 123gameslux-lang. It holds two letters and never reaches us.
  • What you send us. If you email or call support, we have your message, your address or number, and whatever you chose to include.

We do not ask for your name, your address, your date of birth or any payment details, and this site gives us no way to collect them.

What your mobile operator handles instead

The subscription is concluded on the signup page of your mobile operator, not here. Your mobile number, the SMS confirmation and the billing all sit with them.

Your number is therefore not typed into this website and not stored by it. We receive a subscription reference so support can find your subscription, and your number when you contact us from it yourself.

Your operator is a separate controller for the data it holds about you. Their own privacy terms apply to that, alongside ours.

Why we process it

We are established in the Netherlands, so the General Data Protection Regulation governs what we do. In short: process only what is necessary, keep it no longer than needed, and make it recognisable to you. That is what this page is for.

  • Legitimate interest. Running the website, keeping it secure and spotting abuse. Server logs exist because a page cannot reach you without them.
  • Performance of a contract. Answering you when you write to support about a subscription.
  • Consent. Statistics and marketing cookies, which are set only if you allow them and which you can withdraw at any time.
  • Legal obligation. Records we have to keep because the law or the operator rules say so.

Cookies and measurement

The consent banner decides what is set beyond the strictly necessary. Refusing the optional categories costs you nothing here: the site works either way.

Which categories exist, what each does and how to change your mind is set out in the cookie policy.

Who else sees it

We do not sell personal data and we do not trade it.

  • Our hosting provider runs the servers this site sits on and processes the logs on our instructions.
  • Your mobile operator handles the subscription and the billing, as above.
  • Measurement providers receive data only where you consented to statistics or marketing cookies.
  • Authorities receive data only where we are legally required to hand it over.

Where your data is held

We are established in the Netherlands, so the data described here is processed inside the European Economic Area, where the GDPR applies directly and no further transfer safeguards are needed.

If a provider outside the EEA were ever involved, we would rely on the standard contractual clauses or another recognised safeguard, and you could ask us for a copy of it.

How long anything is kept

  • Server logs: up to twelve months, then deleted or aggregated so individual visits can no longer be picked out.
  • Support correspondence: up to twenty-four months, so a follow-up question about an old charge still makes sense.
  • Cookie consent and language choice: up to twelve months, then you are asked again.
  • Measurement data: whatever retention that provider sets, which the consent banner names.

When a period ends the data goes, unless a legal duty requires a specific record to be kept longer.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, have it deleted, have its use restricted, object to a particular use, or receive a copy in a portable form. You can withdraw your cookie consent whenever you like.

Write to contact@123gameslux.com and we answer within one month. We may ask one question to be sure we are speaking to the right person, but we will not demand documents we do not need.

Exercising any of these rights is free and has no effect on your subscription.

How it is protected

The site is served over an encrypted connection, access to the systems holding support correspondence is limited to the people who answer it, and we keep as little as we reasonably can. Keeping less is the most reliable protection there is.

No system is perfect. If a breach ever affected you, we would tell you and the supervisory authority as the law requires.

Children

This service is not aimed at children, and subscribing requires you to be 18 or over, or to have the account holder’s permission. If you believe a child has subscribed, write to contact@123gameslux.com and we will stop it and remove what we hold.

Changes to this policy

When the site, the providers or the law change, this page changes with them. The version published here is the one that applies, and the date of the last update is at the top.

Contact and complaints

The quickest route is contact@123gameslux.com. Tell us what you want and we sort it out.

If you are not satisfied with how we handled it, you can complain to the Commission nationale pour la protection des données in Luxembourg, or to the Dutch Data Protection Authority, which supervises us. You may also go to the supervisory authority where you live.

Questions about your data? Email contact@123gameslux.com. You do not have to say why you are asking.
